Buena Vista, VA – In response to the COVID-19 public health threat and the official order from Governor Ralph Northam, Glen Maury Park Campground will be closed to short-term transient stays until further notice, beginning on Thursday, April 2nd. Campers that are already at the campground are permitted to complete their stay. No new campers will be allowed at Glen Maury Park unless their stay exceeds fourteen (14) days. Restroom facilities will remain closed until further notice.

At this time, all other park facilities, including park pavilions, picnic areas, playgrounds, trails, and greenways, will remain open for recreational use. All visitors are asked to practice strict social distancing and avoid any areas that appear to have a high volume of visitors.

We will continue to monitor the situation on a continual basis and will provide additional information as appropriate. Please visit www.buenavistava.org/covid-19 for additional updates.
