Camping 101 at Glen Maury Park
Join us on Friday, May 21st at the Glen Maury Park skate rink for demonstrations on how to set up and take down tents, build/start a fire, tie knots, wilderness first aid, and more!!
FREE to participate and open to boys and girls of all ages!
BSA Scouts Troop 29 and Troop 92 will also be recruiting boys and girls, 5th grade and older, to join their troop! Join us to learn more!
Each demonstration will be done at a separate station, allowing for social distancing and smaller groups. All in attendance MUST wear a mask and gloves are encouraged! Hand sanitizer will be made readily available throughout the event.
