Due to an unexpected issue, traffic signals will be temporarily offline along Magnolia Ave in downtown (20^th, 21^st, and 22^nd streets) on Thursday, 2/5. Signals are expected to be offline for most of the day. Temporary stop signs will be installed at affected intersections so traffic can operate as four-way stops.

Please expect delays, use caution when traveling through downtown, follow posted traffic control devices, and consider alternate routes if possible.
