Rockbridge Area Tourism—which serves Lexington, Buena Vista, and Rockbridge County—is developing a new Tourism Strategic Plan to guide how our region promotes travel, supports local businesses, and enhances the experience for both visitors and residents over the next 3 to 5 years.
To ensure the plan reflects the values and priorities of our community, they’ve launched a public survey to gather input from residents, business owners, community stakeholders, and recent visitors. Whether you’ve lived here your whole life, run a local business, or just spent a weekend exploring the area, your perspective is incredibly valuable.
The survey is open now through Wednesday, August 6, 2025 and can be completed from any internet-connected phone, tablet, or computer.
Estimated time to complete:
– 20 minutes for residents and business owners
– 10-15 minutes for recent visitors
Take the survey: bit.ly/LRATourismSurvey
Your input will help shape how our region attracts visitors, invests in local tourism efforts, and improves experiences for everyone who lives in or visits our communities.
Please take a few minutes to take complete the survey—and feel free to share it with others in your network. Broad community participation will help ensure this plan represents the people who know and love this place best.
