The Buena Vista Circuit Court Clerk’s Office encourages local property owners to enroll in VADeed Alert, a free notification service designed to help residents monitor activity related to their property records.

VADeed Alert sends email notifications when certain documents are recorded in local land records that match a registered name or Tax Map Number. These notifications can provide early awareness of potential deed fraud or unauthorized filings involving your property.

VADeed Alert is:

• Free and voluntary
• Available to all property owners in Virginia
• Simple to enroll in and manage
